Estia Ltd.

Estia Ltd. is a company founded in 1990 by a group of professionals who had, at the date of the company’s founding, consolidated experience in the restoration of Cultural Heritage.

The current members, former founders of the Society, are licensed restorers at schools of Higher Education of the Ministry BB. CC. AA. During more than thirty years of operation, the company has worked mainly in the fields of fresco, stone, mosaic, stucco, terracotta, and paintings on canvas and panel.

Restoration activities are carried out by specialized technicians, each in his or her own area of expertise, coordinated by restorers qualified at the Opificio delle Pietre Dure in Florence, who are on the company’s staff.

Highly specialized personnel

The enterprise is characterized by a strong specialization of personnel. Within what can already be defined as a niche activity such as restoration of Cultural Heritage, restorers with their own specialization in areas such as restoration of stone material, wall paintings, wood of stucco as well as various other materials that can make up the work of art have been selected and trained. Another distinguishing feature is the retention of staff who can guarantee a high quality standard and immediate availability for interventions, even of the most urgent nature.
