Palazzo delle Generali – Rome

The building itself forms a block, compact in shape, bounded on the west by Piazza Venezia, on the south by Piazza Madonna di Loreto, on the east by Via dei Fornari, and on the north by Via Cesare Battisti. The operations took place over a period of time from February 4, 2019, to February 28, 2020. The intervention had become necessary due to some fragments of stucco and plaster from the cornice falling on the floor below on February 27, 2018. The detachment of these elements and subsequent inspections had revealed an advanced degradation situation, with the presence of widespread cracking on all the stucco facade brackets.
